Hi! I'm Ximena Pinillos

I'm

About me

Currently in my tenth semester of Political Science at PUCP, I focus on Latin American political history, social movements, human rights, and state-society relations. I’m especially interested in how the state responds to conflict and how people mobilize to demand rights. I’ve worked as a research assistant at the PUCP School of Government, supporting data collection and organization for databases on social protests and states of emergency in Peru.
Also, I'm into quantitative methods applied to social sciences. I'm currently taking Machine Learning and Python courses applied to the public administration and social studies at QLab PUCP.
